Return and Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. You can safely return or exchange your products from purchases made on eskarpini.com.

1. Return Period

  • You can submit a return request within 14 days from the date you received the delivery.
  • If this period is exceeded, the return will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

  • Products must be sent with their original box, tags, accessories, and the original invoice.
  • Used, washed, damaged, soiled, or products contrary to hygiene rules will not be accepted for return.
  • Shoes must only be tried on indoors. Shoes that have been worn outside cannot be returned.
  • Underwear, socks, and similar hygienic products are not eligible for return/exchange.

3. Return Process

  1. Initiate your return request by sending an email to info@eskarpini.com.
  2. After approval, you will be provided with return shipping information and instructions.
  3. When the products arrive at our warehouse, a quality control check is performed; if they meet the conditions, the return is accepted.

4. Refund

  • The refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Standard return shipping fees are covered by the customer. In case of a manufacturing defect or wrong product shipment, the shipping cost will be paid by our company.

5. Exchange Policy

  • You can also submit an exchange request within 14 days.
  • If the product is found suitable after a quality control check at our warehouse, an exchange for the desired size/color will be made.
  • If the requested product is not in stock, a refund will be issued.
  • Exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer unless otherwise specified.
Note: Please send the products in a second, protective packaging to avoid damaging their original boxes.
